  3. To tell you about our solutions that you may be interested in. If you are an existing client, we will provide you with our news updates and information about other solutions we offer that are like those you have already purchased or enquired about, based upon our legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time by contacting us using the details above or clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in any email you receive from us. Purpose test. Who do we share your data with?

  1. Business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. For the performance of the contracts, we enter into with our clients, for instance to support us with external IT support, data storage, hosting and servers, analytics, error loggers, debt collection, maintenance and problem-solving, marketing and payment systems operations.
  2. Regulators/ Authorities/ Enforcement Agencies. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our website terms and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our staff, clients or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.
